We take you through our Four Simple Steps to organizing your garage, and your car, along with the garden/lawn supplies, sports equipment, tools, and car care supplies. Voila! Consignment-Auction

We do most of the tedious, physical work, plus offer coordination of all of the above resources, so that the customer can make the transition into their new home with peace of mind.

This service is perfect for those customers whose photos are sitting in the closet, in bags or boxes, just waiting to be in some sort of order for future reference. We have archival products that can be used to get your photos all in one place. We also offer workshops for you and any group to organize your printed photos in ONE day.

Album-Making Service
If time is an issue for you, or you would like a professional look to your photo album, we can take your memorabilia and photos and put them into a beautiful, photo-safe album, complete with page protectors for a polished, lasting memory for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We can also make smaller gift albums that mark special events, such as graduations, vacations, special birthdays, and anniversaries.

Money Manager
Let our Financial Organizer make a real difference in the way you use, track, and plan your finances. We can help you make sense out of your personal financial software, and organize your paper files to match any program you are using. We can also put the documents that are most important – personal investments, legal matters, and vital records - all in one place for quick access.

Space Planning
If any of your rooms are not working for you and the setup doesn’t feel right, chances are you need to develop some space planning and a new floor plan. In this process, we can repurpose your existing furniture, or if desired, create a shopping list of new items that will give the space a look and feel that you want to be more productive and organized.
Feng Shui consultations are available by a certified practitioner.

Drop-Off/Consignment Service
A member of the Discover Organizing Team will arrange to take your items to a local consignment store, and will meet with the consignor to review your items for resell value, and set up an account in your name. Any items you no longer wish to have can be marked for donation if they do not sell in that store. Consignors usually send out checks once per month, directly to the customer.

Residential Fee Schedule:
Initial Consultation
Includes 1 1/2 hours of going room by room in your home (including the garage and attic), giving you all of my ideas, and a folder of my best tips. To receive a step-by-step written organizing plan, along with a complete shopping list of recommended products and supplies, there is an additional fee.

Professional Lead Organizer
This service involves providing hands-on direction to the home organizing process, space planning, and skills transference to the customer (i.e. learning how to let go of clutter, implementing organizing systems).

Professional Organizing Assistant
This person is a hands-on assistant to the lead organizer. The Assistant is there to mainly sort, label and contain items. The Assistant also delivers items to charity and can set up consignment and auction services.

Other Services Fees:
Financial Organizing - A Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor/Professional Organizer helps you organize and manage your money, also matches paper files to computer files as needed!

Donation Service - We take the items away, fill out the donation slip, and give it to you.

Consignment Service - We take the items to various consignment stores and set up the account in your name. Your profits come right to you!

Shopping Service – We go to multiple locations to purchase the best product for your organizing project, keeping in line with your budget goals.

Album-Making Service – Several packages are available to fit the volume of photos, and your level of presentation desired.

We help people who are truly ready to simplify their lives make the transition smoothly!

Professional Organizer Plus Two Organizing Assistants
This is best for large-scale downsizing projects, as it allows multiple people to be sorting, decluttering, and making trips to a charity, consignment store, auctioneer, or the curb.

Professional Organizer Plus One Assistant
This option of Team Organizing is very effective, as the Assistant's help allows the Professional Organizer to devote more one-on-one time with the client, which expedites the organizing process.

Professional Organizer
A Professional Organizer will provide individualized consultation to help guide the client in the best techniques to declutter their current home, and to share the best resources in which to sell, donate, or dispose of their household items.

Any of the above options can be pre-purchased in order to receive a 10% discount.
